  2.                    Regulatory Terms of System Usage

  4.      This is a PRIVATE SYSTEM.  Usage is strictly limited to authorized mem-
  5. bers.  ILLEGAL ENTRY or USAGE of the system by any person, group, entity,
  6. regulatory, or governmental agency for any purpose is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN via
  7. various legal regulations as a violation of our rights of privacy, free 
  8. speech and other lawful rights guarenteed by applicable laws and regulations.
  9.       Infomation, data, programming, or other information contained within
  10. the system is strictly limited for the private usage of our members.  No
  11. other usage or dissemination is authorized by proper, improper, false or
  12. illegal entry or other means of obtaining such information, data, or
  13. programming including unauthorized dissemination by our members.
  14.      No member is to knowingly violate FCC, Copyright, obscenity. or other
  15. regulations.  We assume all programming received is within the Public Domain
  16. and reserve the right to free usage and copies thereof for the purposes of
  17. testing, review and archiving of said data or programming without
  18. shareware, fee, or compensation to others.
  19.      If any member advises us contrary to these regulations, we will gladly
  20. investigate and remove any materials not compatable with these regulations 
  21. and is our sole extent of liability herein.
  22.      The views expressed are those of the membership.  While every effort
  23. is made to insure privacy, leally we can not guarenttee or be held liable
  24. therefore.  Material submitted is the sole responsibility of the members.
  25. We assume no liability for content, usage, ownership, reliability, or 
  26. accuracy thereof.
